Love my houser racing grab bar I've had one on my old yfz450 and have ordered one for my trx450 the lower design makes it nice and easy to lift and move around and it's a bit thicker then the stock grab bar
This grab bar is perfect for a 2006 trx 450 r i got it a while back and its thicker than the stock one but alot lower than stock it might look weird but its pretty nice one you get used to it , one complaint is that it might not fit right away theres an easy fix just pull it away from each other and slides right in another thing is that it does have a place for the exhaust to go on u just need to get the rubber gromet thing from the s
tock one i recommend using soap to get it out overral really nice heavy duty easy to lift atv with would recommend
GREAT BAR!!! Excellent Quality!!! Nice and thick with a great powder coat. Love the angle of this bar because it does exactly what it is made to do, allow you better positioning to move the bike when needed. Installed very easy on my bike. Flag mounting did come with this bar, however mounting for stock taillight is a "NO GO"!! Do not know if there is another version of this bar for the year and make of my bike that will allow for stock taillight mounting. Came with a racing plastic number plate which I used to create a bracket to mount the taillight too and zipped tied it to the frame. Google "nor cal's" stock taillight relocation/reposition PDF file at TRX450R's forums. This guy did a complete write up on his procedure.
Works great, easy to install, great product. Never had a bad product from Houser
Looks very nice and helps a lot with loading or unloading.
Looks Great, Really Does Make The Bike Easier To Lift, However... now my exhaust sticks out just a hair past the grab bar so I can no longer stand it up on the back end or it will rest on my exhaust. Simplest fix for that is only put it up on the back if you have a few rags down first, it only needs to be a half an inch or so longer and it wouldnt be an issue.
