Great buy!

I put it on my sons 2002 xr100 and it sounds great! It took only like 10 mins to put on just un Bolt and re bolt back on! Great price and overall great buy!

Overall

really easy to install and sounds awesome! installed on a 2005 DRZ 110. Only downside is no spark arrestor...we ride trails as well as track. It's a easy install to swap from stock to FMF. Didn't do any jetting.

Best pipe overall

I just received this pipe from motosport and put it on right away I started it up it sounded like a totally different bike I went down the street from my house where there is a dirt lot with a bunch of jumps and I noticed a difference right away other people where there and where video taping me and asked me what kind of bike it was (klx 110) and I told them they said it doesn't even sound like a klx 110! Great pipe!

Get what you pay for.

I was shocked to find a full exhaust for my sons CRF80 for under $200. It fit but only becuase I had the tools to remove and reweld 2 of the threaded mounting points. Fit and finIsh were disappointing but then again this is probably "the bottom" as far as price point on a dull exhaust. I would buy again.

Big Power Increase!

This exhaust is awsome I had it on for a week now and it has amazed me. This was Deffinatly a good buy! I have a 2006 Honda CRF100F and it made it alot more powerful! Plus i started running 93 octane fuel thru it and that topped it off. If you are looking for a rise in power without spending to much money this is the key!

Nice Product

Started out by putting a FMF Power Bomb header on my '06 CRF 450 but I didn't notice much difference at all. Followed up by putting on a full FMF Power Core 4 exhaust on. It mounted easily. It made a very noticable increase in power, much more so then the FMF header did. More significant of power increase when in the lower RPM's if the spark arrestor is out. Louder then stock but not to bad. It's holding up good except for the decals having a tendency to peel back.

Does this exhaust come with new mounting hardware?

You would actually need to reuse the stock hardware from your OEM exhaust to mount this exhaust system on your TTR125.

It will not hurt the bike. This exhaust is just not street legal. It is intended for closed course competition use only.

?
does this pipe come with a heat pipe protector shield ? holes in it or just smooth?
Expert MotoSport Staff
15 days ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
No. This exhaust system would not come with a heat shield and would not have mounts for the stock heat shield to mount to. FMF does make a heat shield that could be used on this exhaust system. You can find the FMF heat shield here: http://www.motosport.com/dirtbike/FMF-HEADER-HEAT-SHIELD-STAINLESS

Would this exhaust fit my bike?
hi i have a 2012 yamaha tt-r125le and i have noticed that the stock exhaust is on the left side of the bike, most other bikes have it on the right side. Would this fit my bike.
MotoSport Staff Expert
17 days ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
Yes, This would fit your Yamaha TTR125. The FMF Exhaust for your bike would route out the left side of the bike just like the stock exhaust. Please note: The image is a generic image supplied by the manufacturer for reference only. It may not be displaying the exact part for your bike. Just be sure to correctly select the Year/Make/Model of your bike before ordering so we can be sure to send you the correct exhaust for your bike.

Do you Need a Spark Arrestor?
I Have A 2004 TTR125 and was looking to get this exhaust, but whats the difference with the spark arrestor is it important to have or will i be ok without it ? and is it better to have the spark arrestor ?
Expert MotoSport Staff
1 month 8 days ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
This is the "race" system so it would not have a spark arrestor. There is a FMF Powercore 4 Complete Exhaust With Spark Arrestor that is basically this same exhaust but with a spark arrestor. Here is a link to the exhaust system with the spark arrestor: http://www.motosport.com/dirtbike/FMF-POWERCORE-4-COMPLETE-EXHAUST-WITH-SPARK-ARRESTOR-4STROKE

Would i need to re-jet my carb and if so does it come with them?
MotoSport Staff Expert
3 months 4 days ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
Normally you will need to re-jet your bike slightly when switching over to a full aftermarket exhaust. It really depends on if the bike is currently jetted properly and how the bike runs with the exhaust installed. The jets are not included with the exhaust system.

Does the exhaust also fit an xr125?

Unfortunately, this exhaust does not have a fitment for the XR125l models.

Is this direct bolt on for a 2007 Honda CFR100F?
MotoSport Staff
Over 5 months ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
Yes, this pipe is available for the 2007 CRF100F. It will be a direct bolt on using the stock mounting hardware. After installation, the carburetor may require jetting but that will really depend on your location/elevation and how the bike actually runs with the new exhaust installed. Typically the bike will run a lean and require richer jetting but that does vary based on the previously mentioned factors. Make sure to profile your bike correctly when ordering as the exhausts are model specific.

Have fast can this make my 125 TTRL go?
MotoSport Staff
Over 6 months ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
This will slightly increase the power output of the TT-R125l. It will un-restrict the exhaust compared to the stock system and allow the bike to rev freer. Unfortunately with just an exhaust, it wont make huge difference, but with the proper jetting the bike will run a little harder.

Jetting - what jet should I use with this exhaust?
2094 TTR 125LE - what jetting should I use with this exhaust? Also, does this have a spark arrestor?
MotoSport Staff
Over 6 months ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
This exhaust does not have a spark arrestor. We do have this exhaust available in a spark arrested version for your 2004 TT-R125 though. As for jetting, it will vary based on your location/elevation. If you contact FMF directly and provide your location to them, they can assist with getting you the proper jetting. FMF can be reached at (310) 631-4363.
