FMF complete exhaust sysytem is perfect

The exhaust system mounted with no problems and is sturdy. Sounds great. Have the same exhaust on my 400ex & son's 300ex. Buy the FMF power up kit and call FMF to help you get the right jet and your e-clip in the right place for adjustments.

Great exhaust

I have a honda 300 trx. I installed this pipe on it and was impressed with the ease of installation, and it sounds great. It does stick out a little further than my old one but i just extened my grab bar 3 in to protect it. I jetted the bike and the combo really woke it up. Im verry pleased with the performance.cant beat the price.

BRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

I installed the PowerCore4 on my friends 03' TT-R90 and it defiantly increased the over rev and torque of the motor! It sounds amazing over the stock pipe. I for sure recommend this pipe for any 4 stroke! You can definitely tell a power enhance on the smaller bikes. Avery348

WAAAAA!

This almost doubled the power on my crf100f. Rejeting it after installation was a pain. When i was installing it the nuts that where on my bike they got striped but that was my own fault. MAKE sure you rejet it or you will blow your motor. overall really good product.

Planning on running this pipe on my ssr125. Stock carb and stock air filter. What jets will I need?
Expert MotoSport Staff
2 months 24 days ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
I cannot recommend specific jets for this exhaust as it would depend on how the bike is jetted now and how the bike runs with the exhaust installed. If your bike is jetted correctly for your Location (Altitude / Temperature) you will more than likely only need to make slight jetting adjustments for this exhaust.

Yes, the 2004 and 2006 Suzuki LT-Z250 models use the same exhaust.

Do I need experience to install it and do I need to re jet the carb when I install it?
I'm in florida

The exhaust for the CRF100F is easy to install with basic hand tools. It does not require any special tools or knowledge for the installation. The jetting will vary based on how the bike runs after installation. Depending upon your location and elevation, typically the bike will run lean after the installation of the exhaust and will require larger jets to compensate. A lean bike will bog when given throttle and will backfire on deceleration.

Would i have to re jet the carb when installed? if so what should i jet it at?
MotoSport Staff
Over 8 months ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
The jetting will vary depending upon your location and what elevation you ride at. If you contact FMF racing they can provide the jetting specs for their exhaust system based on your location and if any other modifications have been performed, such as intake kits or high flow air filters. The other option is to purchase a jet kit that will include a jetting guide with the correct jets you will need. FMF can be reached at (310) 631-4363.

Can the arrestor on the Power Core 4 w/arrerstor be removed?
I use to have one for my CRF450R and take the arrestor out depending on where I'm riding. Can the CRF110 version do the same?
MotoSport Staff
Over 10 months ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
Unfortunately this has an internal spark arrestor incorporated into the exhaust core and is not removable. If you would like a system with a removable spark Arrestor, look at the Yoshimura RS-2 for your CRF110. It includes a removable USFS approved spark arrestor insert.

Rejetting carb?
If i live in massachusettes, could i just put the exhaust on or Would i have to re-jet the carb or just leave it? If its re-jetting, How much bigger of jets should i use? 2000 honda xr50r
MotoSport Staff
Over 11 months ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
If you leave the stock air filter on you should be okay to run this exhaust with out re-jetting for your 2000 XR50. Location does play a huge part in jetting and if the bike is already on the lean side, you may have to go up one or two sizes on the main jet. It may also be possible to richen it up enough with the air screw by turning it in a quarter to half a turn from stock. If you plan to run an aftermarket pod filter this would absolutely require re-jetting.
Valosity Over 11 months ago
Can you hook this up to an xr50r and be fine, without modifing anything else?
MotoSport Staff
Over 11 months ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
Depending where you are located, sometimes you can get away with just installing it, but a lot of times you will need to re-jet the carburetor. Jetting will vary slightly depending on your location. It will also vary if you are planning to use the stock air filter or if you are running a pod type air filter.

Is this pipe USFS approved?
MotoSport Staff
1 year 1 month ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
On the bigger bikes the Powercore 4 will come with a spark arrestor insert but the smaller CC models will not come with an insert but one might be offered. As a general statement 200cc and up will come with a insert. So, the models that have an insert coming with the exhaust are in fact USFS approved.
