The rotor you will receive will look like this, but the correct pattern to fit your application. So minor changes to the shape should be expected for different models.

depends on what model bike you have. probably in ounces. But, ounces can make a big difference when you are dealing with unsprung weight savings. Unsprung weight can have a major effect on how a bike handles.
