Fairly good for how low the price is

they seemed a little flemsy out of the box but I've fell a few times and no issues it's truly a great product

Cycra Stealth Kit

Had another brand guards on and was too bulky... Like the size and shape of these and feel like to protections is adequate.

Save your knuckles !

Very easy to install. I would say it gives your bike a more finished look.

Great Product

Put on 06 crf250r with no problems, look great and holding up well

Bar banging fun

I thought these things were flimsy when first installed. I figured they were going to just break off the first time down but they didn't. Went down in the rocks and they flexed enough to protect the clutch lever and my hand as well. They also protect very well from roost when following another rider. We'll see how they do at the season opener next week, its supposed to be a mud fest!!!

Weather tempers with these

when i got these they seemed unexpectedly strong i had a couple hard lay-overs with these on but they didnt break... but one day my bike was leaning on a rock and it fell over and one of them broke right at the mount... i think it was because of the cold weather made the plastic more brittle
over if your on a budget get 'um but if you can come up with 35-40 more dollars buy wrap arounds

Product is cheap but is of good quality. Held up to me hitting a meatl pole. Just bent around it. Wontsave you against a tree but overall it is good

If you want stronger more durable handguards go with a cycra pro brend.wrap around system that plugs into your handlebar end. Any handgard like these will break everytime you lay the bike down.

went on easy. kind of cheap feeling. good product.

Amazing mud guards...

i think i should of got the aluminum braces because the first five minutes i was on the track i endoed and broke my left support...

Not to bad!

Mine lasted for about 10 or 12 rides, then one cracked off after a fall. They are cheap so i feel like I got my money out of them. If you do buy them keep them a bit loose so they rotate during a hard crash.

Great product

Nice looking but thats all!

Put them on Saturday. Broke them on Sunday. Guards were put on a XR80r. My boy washed the front tire out and laid the bike down. The plastic arm broke on the very 1st time it went down. A very easy lay down I must say. Don't waste your money on these and go for something stronger.

Broke in first mile and 1/2

I installed these on my crf150f and on the first ride when I put down my kick stand and walked away, my bike fell over. A little fall like that smashed the left hand guard.

Good Light Duty Hard Guards!

I found these to work really well for deflecting roost, but if your looking for something that isn't light duty, then I would look at Cycra's heavier duty ones. There were a bit difficult to get to a configuration , (if you have a hot start lever), but besides that they work and look really good!!

I have pro taper oversized bars and I need to know if the mounts that come with the hand guards will fit.

A: Yes. These Cycra Stealth Primal guards mount at the control area. The Pro Taper overszed bars taper to 7/8" at the control area to fit standard controls.

A: As Stated in the Description:

"Everything include in kit, no extra mounting hardware needed, just bolt up and ride!"
Q: Do these break free or do the mounts snap when you crash? and if they break free, do the shields snap back on?

Over 8 years ago Location: Portland, OR
A: They do not have a break away feature. Depending on how hard you crash it will either break the shield, which are replaceable, or the mounting bracket which is replaceable as well.

Q: Quality?
i want these guards but im pretty goon and i dont want my guards snapping off every time i fall so my question is do they snap easy and will they snap if the bike was dropped?
MotoSport Staff
Over 8 years ago Location: Portland, OR
A: There is no guarantee on any hand guards not snapping if you drop your bike. If you do fall a lot, I would probably go with a wrap around style like the Cycra Composites or the Acerbis Rally Series.
