The CV4 Radiator Hose Kit is a two-in-one package that brings style and performance.
CV4 constructed the radiator hose kit with polyester reinforced silicone that provides better flow and durability then OEM radiator hoses.
The quality of materials CV4 uses allows the inner diameter of the hoses to be much smoother then OEM which increases radiator fluid flow. By increasing the flow through the hoses the engine temperature will drop, therefore increasing horsepower.
The CV4 radiator hose kit will resist deterioration caused by UV and ozone toxins and will last much longer then OEM hoses.
The CV4 radiator hose kit includes all the radiator hoses.
Better than stock in construction, durability, and performance. It took about 40 minutes to do the whole kit. they clean easier after you ride and if you had a leak it would be easier to find with the bright green color
Bought these thinking they would add more performance from increase in coolant flow. Wasn't noticeable. They look nice but for the price I think they should certainly add the logo on the outside and include the clamps. They look nice but personally I dont think they're worth the price. one of my fav parts was the stickers :)
since they are designed to be a replacement they fit accordingly. as hard as your stock hoses are to take off are how hard these are to put on. just make sure you drain the radiator first and make sure to use hose clamps when you slide them on
They do offer hoses for the 2 strokes, but we do not stock them. The kits for the 250f and 450f are different from the 125-250 so most likely it will not work. Call in if you would like more information on special ordering.
If your bike uses a "Y" connection, you can purchase the Y kit.
Here's the details about the "Y" kit:
Engineered to remove factory and aluminum Y’s that are prone to failure
• One piece design eliminates leak prone connections
• Smoother transition for better coolant flow
• Designed for higher burst pressures, better
abrasion resistance, and higher heat resistance over stock hoses
• Available for most bikes and quads that use “Y” or “T” connections
