Handy Device for Riding with Friends
Chatterbox X1 Slim is just what I needed! Can answer phone calls while riding or have my GPS instructions come thru is like icing on the cake. Really nice to have in addition to the bike to bike communication. Plus it is lighter and smaller than other models and easy to use and on some recent trips it was a blast to have. Only one issue was it did pick up stray noise in some cities I drove thru, but, that was on a limited basis so I can live with it as I don't really drive thru too many cities.

This will change the way you ride with your friend
No more chasing your buddy down for miles to let him know that he missed the turn way back there. Or sitting there waiting for him to figure it out. Know I just push a button and say "where you goin' dumba$$"and problem solved. And Blutooth is super awesome music and calls while riding, can't beat that

This is a universal intercom product that is made to be used on a wide range of Helmets. It does not have a specific model fitment but you should not have any issues using it on your AGV. Also, feel free to give us a call at 888-676-8853 and we would be happy to help you out with your order.

Will this work when you are in the dessert (no reception/service)?
I am looking for something like this to use solely in the dessert. Three of us use ATV and my son rides a dirtbike. He stays in the back and I am constatntly looking back, our last ride, he ended going over a clif at jawbone, and had he had something that communicated I could have gotten their sooner.......He is alive, the dirtbike NOT. Will this device work when there is no reception?

Glad to hear he is OK! Manufacturer states between 2 to 5 miles (FRS/GMRS) channel modes but you must remember that mountains, cliffs, gullies as well as buildings and structures may reduce ability to communicate between each other. When I ride we usually try to stay within the 2 mile range, closer if mountain bends add up. As with the Bluetooth for cell phones, no reception or phone calls with no service, sorry. So far I have had no issues with not being able to communicate but have had bleed in noise/conversations in cities from other sources. Hope I helped you a little,,, Motokeez
