YZ450F 2007 with DR D exhaust, this plug fits as good as you could hope for. The drive to get to my favorite riding place is like doing the baja 1000 lol, road is more rugged than the advanced trails ha. But this plug doesn't budge and keeps a serious seal.

Not bad the small size fits a Honda cr 85 perfectly.
Did its job.
Good sturdy quality exhaust plug.
purchased a couple newer 85cc 2 stroke dirt bikes and just didn't anticipate having a problem getting some wash plugs to fit from our local dealer. they sell a one size fits all plug.. lol they were almost as big around as our whole silencer.. so i purchased a couple of these and they work just fine, and the price is perfect for em.
I purchased the large (which states it fits most 4-stroke applications) muffler plug for my stock four-stroke 2002 Raptor 660R and it didn't fit. I then contact a MotoSport representative about my issue and they told me they'll send me a smaller muffler plug for NO charge. Amazing customer service. Thank you guys once again at MotoSport!
Bought two of the small size, they fit my stock KTM four stroke muffler as well as my FMF muffler on my two stroke. Nice, cheap and get the job done.
this plug did not fit in exhaust pipe . it would be helpful to have the dimension of this plug in the description so one could measure there exhaust before ordering
The small fits nicely for the KTM 85sx, it does what it's suppose to.
Fits in perfect in my pro circuit four stroke exhaust. Can wash my bike with out having to worry about getting water in the exhaust. Just remember to take it out before trying to fire up the bike.lol
I have a 2000 Yamaha XVS650 with Cobra exhaust and the large plugs fit great. I also have a 2007 Honda VT1100C with stock exhaust and the small plugs fit this bike great. Where I live at the lake we always have problems with dirt dauber wasps that build nests everywhere. At least they won't be building nests in my exhausts.
The sizing on this item is incorrect, or at the least, lacking in any relevant detail. "Small fits most 2-stroke applications, Large fits most 4-stroke applications." That's it. I have a Suzuki DRZ-400S which I would consider a fairly common 4-stroke. The "large" plug is much, much too big for the stock exhaust.
For what it's worth, the plug starts at approximately 1 5/16" (33mm) and ends at 2 3/8" (61mm)
Unfortunately, it's not worth the cost of shipping to return.
Small size is perfect for a 2 stroke exhaust
Does exactly what it is intended to do.
There really isn't much you can say, the plug works as it is supposed to. I have a 250 and a 450 and this works great and fits in both perfectly. With the cone shaped varying rings it should fit almost any 250-450 4 stroke application. Just remember to pull the plug before you go to start, haha. I thought my bike sounded a little different.
These plugs are a must, without them you water can get into places you don't want.
This solid piece of rubber utilizes ancient rubber technology to form an impenetrable seal of the muffler providing quick and safe pressure washing of your machine. I am going to put one on all of my bikes now! Thanks motosport!
I bought this for my 2012 Yamaha YZ125 with a stock exhaust and it doesn't fully seal the pipe. It can still wiggle around and it seems to be a little small.
Lets face it, its just a muffler plug. But, for the price its a great product! No need to waste money on the overpriced name brand plug. This one does the job just the same!
the right tool for the right job -
This plug is flexible enough to seal any exhaust in my opinion. Very happy with my purchase.
Minimum diameter of 14.75 mm / maximum diameter of 37.75 mm.
