A: BikeMaster Kill/Horn Button is not designed as a Starter switch.

I want to know if this is just the kill switch and horn or if this is the head lights and ignition to ? and would if fit my bike?

A: Yes this will work on your 1982 Yamaha XJ650 Maxim and is meant to be used as either a Kill Switch or a Horn button.
