Acerbis was established in 1973 by Franco Acerbis. The foundation of the company was developed from the challenges Franco experienced in his own race career in the early 70s. Today, Acerbis continues to produce innovative and protective aftermarket accessories with the same enthusiasm and passion as their founder had in the early years. Over 30 years of experience with the best off-road racers in the world has enriched their constant technical development, allowing Acerbis to become a premier company within the motorcycle industry.

Excellent for the job

I have used mine on dirt bikes (dual sport) for years and find they fill the bill. I can use then when necessary to look back and then fold it down out of the way. True I have to fiddle with it but it's for a dirt bike. It's made of plastic and resist breakage (I have never broken one in more than 20 years of use. I wouldn't have it on a street bike or a 90/10 street/dirt Adventure Bike.

These mirrors are absolutely terrrible. They arent very adjustable and also the plastic is cheap. I stripped the plastic and then after that it was impossible to tighten. Everytime I ride, the mirrors vibrate and shake out of place. Save your money and spend it on better quality mirrors!

Like the other guy said, screws strip out the plastic just trying to get them tight enough to hold everything together. ended up using a fatter screw in the hole i stripped just so i could get it tight enough to keep the mirror upright. come to find out i shouldnt have bothered since once i started the bike the mirror vibrated so much it was totally useless.

Waste of money...

Got these in today. Absolute junk. The screws on them thread directly into plastic, not a metal nut like you would expect. Needless to say unless you want them to flop around under their own weight, you will strip them upon install. Im now going to set off on finding a way to fab up some sort of small nut/machine screw assembly to hold them on, which I admit is most like a waste of time because i am almost certain that they will crack off anyway. Trust me, look elsewhere for mirrors.

The Acerbis Rear view Mirror is a universal mirror. It works for a variety of bikes and may or may not meet your legal requirements in your state.
