Bought these for my son's 2012 KTM 65SX. I was nervous seeing how big they were in the packaging, but I went ahead and opened them thinking I could just put them on my 250 if anything. Good on Motosport for knowing their fitments! They fit his 65 bars just right (barely had to bend the plastic hand guards to mount the brackets etc) and as you can see, they look awesome! You will have to cut a hole in the end of your grips to insert the bar ends that mount the handguards to the end of the bars. See pics for details! Thanks Again Motosport!

These are very affordable hand guards. They do not have the aluminum frame but they are solid in a spill. I have had them on for a month and I have had one spill. They did the job and held up. Make sure to tighten them good on he handle bar.
This product was a very high quality and super easy to install
The guards are great but the blister pack contained the wrong bar end expanding parts, too small. After several attempts with MotoSport I contacted Acerbis and they shipped the correct parts the same day.
good product fit my bike well
they do their job, but make sure they are clamped on tight, or they will rotate out of place on a hard crash.
Really strong plastic (surprisingly) held up to a dump at speed onto a muddy rock. However cinch the mounts down SUPER tight because whenever i crash hard, these things are always twisted up somewhere (still saves the levers).
I have been trail riding all year and bounced off of trees and berms and rutts and these things are still going strong, no cracks in them or my hands. They are definetiely worth the purchase and they look great on my bike.
Bought for my Yamaha WR250R with stock steel bars, mounting on the end bar requires 2 x Acerbis Rally Bar Insert - Steel Bars, http://www.motosport.com/dirtbike/ACERBIS-RALLY-BAR-INSERT-STEEL-BARS.
Easy to install.
This is a great product. Bought these before I went on a long weekend of riding, and installed them on my 08 CRF 250R the morning I got to camp. They were super easy to install and look great as well. Another thing that I liked about these hand guards is that they are very durable. I let a buddy ride my bike (which was not a good idea) and he put it down twice but they saved all the levers and throttle. All in all this is a great product.
Great product for the money. I bought these just before a three day trail ride. The break side mounted in just a few minutes, on the clutch side I had a little issue with clearance but was able to make it fit with a little fuss. They do not have the full metal wrap around, but they have stood up to more than I expected. For getting through small branches and briars they work perfect. I had one spill in a mix of rock and dirt coming out of a creek bed and landed directly on the right side of the handle bars. Not only protected my hand, but only minor scratches to the hand guard. I hit hard enough that I was fully expecting the guard to be broken. So far extremely pleased with this purchase.
easy to install, comes with 2 sizes for bars..great quality, fits perfect.
Third set of Acerbis hand guards. Couldn't be happier with these on my '12 450X. Great quality, look and fit.
EVERYONE HAS THERE CHOICE BUT ACERBIS ARE THE BEST,AND SO IS MOTOSPORT!!!!!
I was running some Fastway guards and I broke them in a crash. I had not been paid at work yet, so I was on a tight budget. I ordered these up and put them on my bike. The kit comes with a universal mount kit, which was cool considering I run oversized bars. They mounted without any issues. I pleased so far with the build quality. If I crash and these break, they are a heck of a lot cheaper to replace. Thanks Motosport.
