I took it upon myself to replace my fork seals and figured while I was in there I should do the bushings as well. The pivot works kit included all the bushings and o-ring seals needed to freshen up my forks and cost less than a lot of other kits. I will use this kit again the next time I need to do my fork seals
I have been racing for many years and have used this product several times. I recommend it with complete confidence. If your fork seals are leaking go ahead and change the bushings as well you will thank me later. Have a great day
Great kit includes everything you need to replace your seals and bushings. I rebuilt my forks myself for the first time and everything fit correctly and sealed as it should. Great product great price.
The fork seal and bushing kit includes EVERYTHING for both your outer fork tubes and inner damping assembly for a COMPLETE rebuild. They are easy to install yourself with a little common knowledge and have held up well after 5 rides. This kit did not come with fork bleeder o-rings however for my 2013 CRF250R but isn't a big deal. I would recommend the product to save some money over OEM replacement parts to anyone who needs a rebuild.
Great product with a great fit!!!
Good quality product but havent rode the bike yet to
Comment on longevity.
Fit ok on my cr250. Working well after a couple of rides. I would prefer OEM parts but this is an easy and inexpensive way to order everything in one package.
We have always used and replaced our factory seals and bushings with Pivot Works they are simply the "BEST".
OEM quality in a complete kit no guess work all the parts included in this kit fit perfect !
Both the seals and bushing were good quality, I am very happy with my purchase, I wish they made this same kit for another dirtbike that i need to rebuild the forks on.
Have used these kits in the past and they seems to last just as long as any other. On the 2015 KX450 with the air forks....there were o-rings missing for the shim stack, but everything else was great. As with any fork seals....keep them clean! We are able to get 60 hours out of a set if we use the Risk Racing seal saver after the 2 hour Hare Scramble...no joke, they are worth them time and expense.
Perfect fit. Great product. Reasonably priced! Complete rebuild kit!
I did not install myself. Had a friend do it for me. Kit really takes the abuse. No leaks and have lasted since February bought them for my 09 yz450f. Good buy.
Long lasting and take the abuse
Very well packaged items and even gave some basic install instructions
Includes dust covers, oil seals, all the bushings and O-rings. Includes everything you need for a rebuild.
compared to OEM and SKF seals these are mediocre at best. Leak very soon after install.
INSTALLED ON 2001 CR 125
THE FRONT FORK SEALS WERE LEAKING OIL AND I DECIDED TO GET THE PIVOT WORKS SEAL AND BUSHING KIT DUE TO THE AGE ON BIKE.THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I'VE WORKED ON FORKS SO IT TOOK ME ABOUT FIVE HOURS. YES I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT, FORKS NO LONGER LEAKING AND HAVE THAT NEW FIRM FEEL TO THEM.
Really quite surprised and pleased at how easy this was to fit. Solved the worn slider bush issue that was causing leg wobble. Definitely worth doing, and saved a bunch of cash not having to pay a shop to do it.
