Stainless steel brake lines are typically the first brake upgrade you should make. Stock rubber lines will break down and expand, causing a spongy brake feel or worse. Steel lines eliminate expansion which results in consistent feel and performance.

Aftermarket stainless steel brake lines may look similar, but they are not the same! Every Galfer stainless steel line is made with only DuPont virgin-grade PTFE inner core, 64-strand braid and Galfer fittings are probably the most expensive, but highest quality you can find on the planet.

  • Rear brake line kit (front lines sold separately).
  • These are the same fittings that Ferrari, Lamborghini and Ducati uses, among a few other high end O.E.M.'s.
  • Kits are bike-specific and are tailored to each bike for perfect fit and finish.
  • Pre-positioned banjo fittings.
  • Includes all mounting components, extra washers, line end labeling, and bike specific installations, some with DVD's.
  • R&D and manufacturing is here in the U.S., along with Galfer's customer accessible tech support team.
  • Race team tested and proven!
  • Lifetime guarantee against any manufacturing defects.

Brake lines

These galfer brake lines really make a world of a difference when you put them on you bike. Its like night and day when it comes to the stopping power when you switch over to these. I have had them on my bike for the past 3 weeks and they have been just great, and the price I could not pass it up when it comes to buy the fronts and get the rear free. This was a really great buy for me
thanks

Nothing but the best for my baby

Great buy. Replaced old galfer line that was too long. MSS didn't indicate it was a longer line. Thanks Motosport for doing business right!

Great way to improve the brakes on any bike

Braided steel brake lines give the best improvement in braking feel over and above just replacing brake fluid. I don't think it really adds to the power of your brakes (unless you were running out of lever travel), but the firmer lever gives better control for sure. Be patient and do a good job bleeding the air out of the lines after installing them and you won't be disappointed!

Only lines i will ever buy !

Galfer , hands down makes the best brake lines...the swivel ends are awesome! They seem to be just the right about of thickness for bending and staying in place....expensive, but worth it.

Great brake mod

The RMZ has a pretty lousy rear brake. This cable did the trick in turning it into a braking monster! A great and simple mod.

Great quality

Installed this line on my 05 CRF250R. Was a little difficult to install the upper line banjo bolt being that the head was rather large when compared to the OEM bolt, but at least the quality and appearance was leaps and bounds better. Took my braking to a whole new level!

Big improvement over stock

These lines eliminate the flex that is found the the stock lines. It makes the pedal feel alot firmer. I dont know why I didnt buy these sooner.

Great Galfer!

I recently changed brake lines on. Both my
2000 kx250 and my 2011 YZ450F.
Both stop great now, without the expense of purchasing g
oversized brake kits. Very easy to install and everything is
Included, with the exception of
Brake fluid.

Easy brake upgrade.

Great product and not to mention the low price, easy to install, any home mechanic can do it. You instantly feel the difference and when combined with the Galfer brake pads even better. Would recommend to anybody who needs to service their brakes anyways.

+4 +4 more you get a little extra rear brake line

I don't know what they consider stock length is. lets just say these are not too short. Looks like good quality. Easy to install. not much of a description to find the right length for adding a +6 over on a swingarm.

Could be routed different
what do you think ??

A: The length of the line would depend completely on the bike/atv the line is made to fit. The line would be 4" longer than the stock rear brake line on your bike.

A: I do not have an exact measurement for the length of this line for your 1998 Suzuki RM250, but it would be made to the same specifications as the OEM line so it should be the same length as the stock rear brake line on your bike.

A: If you search for " Brake Line " in the seach box on the upper left of your screen it will bring up all the brake lines that we stock. If you dont see them then you probably have your bike profiled and they do not fit your model. We offer +6 and +10 Galfer lines.

A: no. you'll have to get extended brake lines to match your swing arm. like +6 if you have a 6 inch extention. I can get extentions if you need them.
